on this forth episode – de boca em boca – my guest and friend João Carinho sets the tone:
Little Red Riding Hood takes food to her grandmother and meets the wolf. The howling sounds almost like her granny’s bedtime stories. A little girl can’t tell the truth from a lie. She has a TV in her bedroom and falls asleep to it at night. As the sleep timer her parents have set reaches its end, the bright screen makes clear she won’t fall asleep before the TV turns off.
In the darkness of her bedroom, Little Red Riding Hood listens to the wolf’s words, as he tricks her into eating a piece of her granny’s flesh and drinking some of her blood. But the little girl eventually manages to get away, refusing to get back into bed by saying she has to pee.
