AU SOL is an electronic duo based in Paris. Coming from different musical backgrounds (a classically trained violinist and techno lover and a self-taught rock and industrial enthusiast), Joanne and Robin find common ground in their love for addictive earworms and straight-to-the-point pop and hip-hop songs. Together, they develop bittersweet ethereal sounds, oscillating between uplifting melodies and underlying melancholic tones. Straddling a fine line between light and dark, they let their myriad inspirations and experimentations pave the way for their music with a contemporary genre-bending approach. They are releasing an EP in september, and are presenting the first single in exclusivity as the first track of this mix.
