It’s the big birthday gala that isn’t really a birthday gala at all. I had planned a lot of things: Guests, free drinks, good vibes, bouncy castles, colourful appetisers….
But in the end, it turned out to be a pretty normal episode of Miserable Monday. (“Wo ist hier der Krach?” and the time spent on that might have something to do with it…)
But it doesn’t matter, because why not spend your birthday with good people, namely with you! I brought the music for it: new stuff by The Bug Club, Picobello and Resi Reiner, Maria Basel, Special Friend, Cosmo Sheldrake (who produced his new EP with the help of, brace yourself, whales and seals, raising the bar incredibly high. Or low, because of the ocean and all). Plus local news from Teeya Lamée and Wiebke.
