For this month’s Proper Charts we focus back on the local scene with two great DJs from Leipzig that are essential to its scene right now.

First we talk to Rekursiv and @femvak-leipzig member s-ray who has been playing gigs everywhere from Leipzig to Berlin, Dresden, Vienna and back. Drifting between groovy techno, trance and progressive house, she knows how to move a dance floor anywhere she plays and we’re excited to take a look into her work-ethic and deep bag of records.
After that we have e-bae from queer-feminist music collective @fl-ac. Not only a DJ but a true believer in queer culture and community building, we are excited to talk about all the other projects they have going. e-bae also has their own radio show on @callshopradio called ‘fl:ac fm’ so we totally expect the most professional interview yet. 😉
