Taking Raum 101 as a study object, Olivier Gobelet and Jonas Wiese will investigate its inherent physical and acoustical qualities. By placing multiple microphones and speakers around the room, attaching contact microphones to objects and setting modulations over the feedback-loops appearing, they will try to construct a multidimensional resonant space. An organic amalgamation of microphone, room and loudspeaker. A complex ecosystem of frequencies interacting with the ambient sounds in a chaotic and constantly evolving way.
