Originally, I just wanted to record a nightingale. I ended up standing still for hours listening to the mating calls of male frogs and toads. It was like a concert.
When I’m standing still, it gets all loud and lively around me. A weasel is looking out of the hedge, bats flutter silently around my head and the church clock strikes ten. A black cat is sitting next to me and observes the water. From there, a large animal approaches us in slow, meandering movements.
