Jan Oben’s record collection started nine years ago with Hip Hop. Through the samples he became thrown back into the time of Funk and Disco, from where he dug through the decades and genres. His focus was always on sharp drums that break up the stiff 4/4 pattern. Meanwhile, his quest has brought him to House and Bass Music but for Old Dirty Laundry he goes back to his beginnings and delivers you an hour of leisurely Hip Hop from vinyl only. Enjoy!
