Female Voices’ Only! is a radio mixtape that focuses on womxn making music, with a light on womxn that are usually invisibilized: non-occidental, trans, non-binary, queer and include field recordings of demonstration. The mix includes field recordings of demonstrations and encourages you to dance. Maybe the head will move, perhaps the body will flow, as dance is a way to reappropriate our bodies.
This mixtape is made by Fanny Testas and Marie Descure; two radio producers from the French webradio ‘Station Station’ (Paris). In their shows, they aim to make womxn and feminist issues visible.
